We’re taking action to keep you safe by implementing a number of precautionary measures to protect against Coronavirus and other illnesses.

The health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. We want you to know we have always taken pride in the cleanliness of our vehicles.

In response to concerns about COVID-19 (commonly known as Coronavirus), IMI Tours has taken additional steps to provide the highest level of protection for our passengers and staff.

A thorough cleaning of vehicle interiors is conducted following each tour and all company working areas are disinfected daily. We also have instructed all employees to seek medical attention if they feel unwell, and do not allow sick employees to report for work under any circumstances.

As we continue to offer our Hawaii tours with Aloha, we have asked our tour guides and staff to make changes to some of our regular in-vehicle services such as the cessation of candy, mints, water or beverage offerings that are not individually packed or sealed, unless requested, and avoiding embracing in an Aloha fashion including handshakes and Aloha hugs and kisses.

Our safe operating environment with smaller vehicles, coupled with cleanliness and an Aloha spirit has always been top of our mind. We appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented time and we want you to know we are doing everything possible to show you our beautiful state with the highest level of service that you have come to expect. We wish you, and your ohana, the best of health and look forward to serving you again soon.
