And while the best romantic spots are always subjective, can you really go wrong in Hawaii?

Every place in Hawaii has its own romantic and gorgeous charm, but if you’re looking for a few romantic getaway suggestions, IMI Tours is here to help.

Eternity Beach – Oahu

The spot of the famous kiss from the film From Here to Eternity between Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr has become a favorite destination for lovers in Oahu. Located on the Windward Coast of Oahu at the Halona Beach Cove (now nicknamed Eternity Beach), couples often reenact the famous kiss… though keep in mind it can get crowded with kissers. The Halona Beach Cove is also home to the Halona Blowhole overlook.

Paako Cove “Secret Beach” – Maui

Paako Cover is better known as the Secret Beach is located in Southwest Maui. The public beach access path is through a narrow opening in a lava-rock wall. It can be easy to miss, but that’s probably why they call it a secret. The Secret Beach is not a great spot for swimming, but it’s great for grabbing a picture. It’s also a popular spot for weddings.

Na Pali Coast – Kauai

The Na Pali Coast is one of the most photographed areas in Hawaii and beautiful places on Earth. Surrounded by regal mountains and cliffs like a green curtain, the rugged terrain appears much as it did centuries ago. It is hard to reach, however. The most common way to get there is a 17-mile hike on Hanakapiai Trail.

Mauna Kea – Big Island

If you’re interested in star gazing with the one you love, there’s no better place on Hawaii than Mauna Kea. Mauna Kea is s a dormant volcano and the highest point in Hawaii. It’s also one of the clearest views on the planet of the night sky. The Mauna Kea’s summit is home to the world’s largest observatory (for researchers only). However, the Visitor Information Station is one of the best amateur observation sites in the world and has a handful of telescopes available. Local volunteer astronomers also conduct stargazing programs every night. Be prepared to cuddle up because Mauna Kea can get chilly.

Waimea Canyon – Kauai

Check out what they call “The Grand Canyon of the Pacific.” The panoramic views of rugged crags and deep valley gorges with take your breath away. Stop at a lookout and share an unbelievable view with a loved one. The Waimea Canyon can be seen IMI’s Waimea Canyon Half Day Tour.
